    please send us instructions on how to take the itunes after purchasing and downloading them, and then putting them on my ipod. Plus complete instructions on how to download cd’s onto the ipod. I need the simpliest instructions possible. Thank You, DEB

    After months of excellent working my iPod touch now will not shuffle the songs when selected. It keeps playing the same song over and over and over.

    My battery is fully charged – why won’t it suffle the songs??????

  27. I accidentally turned the volumn down on my idod and cant figure out how to turn it back up. there is no volumn button on the ear piece cord and i cant find a volumn control on the unit itself. It think it is an Ipod mini

  28. My daughter gave me her Ipod (I believe it is Nano- small square with a touch screen) to take with me on my deployment in Kuwait. Problem is I have to either shake it or touch the screen to go to the next song. The shuffle does not seem to work. Do you have any suggestions or solutions?
