My daughter gave me her Ipod (I believe it is Nano- small square with a touch screen) to take with me on my deployment in Kuwait. Problem is I have to either shake it or touch the screen to go to the next song. The shuffle does not seem to work. Do you have any suggestions or solutions?

I accidentally turned the volumn down on my idod and cant figure out how to turn it back up. there is no volumn button on the ear piece cord and i cant find a volumn control on the unit itself. It think it is an Ipod mini

After months of excellent working my iPod touch now will not shuffle the songs when selected. It keeps playing the same song over and over and over.

My battery is fully charged – why won’t it suffle the songs??????

I lost my iPod Touch and I want to know if there is some way of blocking it so that it could never be used again, have all the information.That I will have to do when I have my next iPod and to protect me from a new theft…

Got an apple ipod from a friend and all of a sudden it is locked and cant get it to recognize anything I do to make it play. also the volume is locked and the friend says that there was never a lock code that she is aware of put on it. Help, I miss my iPode!!!!!
