What I would like to know is how they got those amazing battery numbers in their tests?
The ipod nano played over 31.5 hours of audio and 6.5 hours of video! The 80GB ipod classic lasted 45 hours of audio and almost 10 hours of video!
It’s interesting because you also hear some complaints about the ipods’ battery life. I think I’ll have to check out this one a bit more…
]]>This is especially true when it comes to music. On the 80GB ipod classic you can store 20,000 songs. On the 160GB ipod classic you can store 40,000. You don’t need no ipod classic instructions to realize we are talking about approx 3000 albums!
How many albums do you own??!!? How many albums do you think you will own until the rest of your life?
And even with videos it is still amazing: up to 200 hours on the 160GB ipod classic, which means around 80 movies. That’s a movie every 4.5 days for a whole year.
And check out this helpful screen right out of your typical ipod classic instructions guide. With a single glance you know exactly where you stand. How much storage is already used, and how much is free. And as I said before, it will take you a long time until the free bar will get smaller!
