<li>In iTunes, select your ipod from the device list.</li>
<li>Select the “summary” tab.</li>
<li>Click “restore”.</li>
<li>itunes will download the ipod software (this might be a big file, so it may take a while! please wait patiently) and install it on your ipod.</li>
